How to obtain your Credit Information Report
Both Corporate and Individual borrowers have a right to obtain a copy of the credit information report (CIR) obtained by a bank or financial institution (member institution) if you disagree with details of credit facilities (CF) displayed in a CIR.
Either you can download the particular form [Evidence Credit Information Report (ECIR) Form] from this website or request a member institution with which you are dealing to download a form for you. Fill the form properly and hand it over with identity document to the member institution which has already obtained your CIR. Other member institutions will not be able to provide a copy of this CIR.
Then the member institution will generate, through the system, an identical copy of the CIR [this is called as Evidence Credit Information Report (ECIR)] already generated by it. Corporate entities should properly authorize individuals to take CIR copies of the entities as member institutions will handover copies of CIRs after verification of identity and authorization.
Both the application (Form) and copy of CIR should be handed over to the recipient FREE of CHARGE.
